Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

You will assist with individualized education plans, provide behavior support, and help students develop essential life skills within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes data-driven behavior interventions, collaboration with teachers and families, and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment under SESI's PBIS CASE

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience with behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with the assigned student to meet goals in the IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior plans and track data on progress and incidents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
