Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with IEPs in in-district classrooms or standalone schools.

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in educational settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students as outlined in IEPs.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress, and incidents.
• Use de-escalation and crisis management techniques as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment and communicate with families.
