Job summary

FullBloom's SESI division is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in K-12 settings. You will work with students one-on-one, implement behavior plans, track progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic support.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, crisis management when necessary, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in an educational setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet goals outlined in the IEP.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior plans and track data on progress and incidents.
• Utilize behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as required by the student and communicate with parents.
