Job summary

FullBloom, through SESI, is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs. You will work under supervision to implement behavior plans, track progress, and assist with daily instructional goals within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include one-on-one work, data collection, and collaboration with families and educators to ensure consistent behavior support and safety in the school setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational settings implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet goals in the IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans and record data on behaviors and progress.
• Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment to develop social and behavioral skills.
