Job summary

Cherry Creek Schools is seeking a Before and After School Leader to assist the program director in planning and implementing a high-quality childcare program. You will work directly with students, support staff, and families to ensure engaging, safe activities and strong community relations.

The role requires leadership ability, excellent communication, and adherence to licensing standards. CPR/First Aid certification is expected or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with children in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces Colorado licensing requirements.
• Supervises and engages with students during program hours.
• Maintains safety for students and staff; communicates with parents and school.
• Promotes and markets the program to families and the community.
• Participates in professional development trainings as required.
