Job summary

Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
• The leader must be 18 years or over
• Experience or training in childcare settings preferred
• Annual training hours required for licensing compliance
• Strong communication with families and school staff

Responsibilities

• Follows Colorado licensing requirements and enforces them daily
• Supervises students during program hours
• Communicates effectively with parents, students, and staff
• Maintains safe conditions for students and staff
• Promotes the program to families and the community
• Participates in professional development trainings as required
• Assists with lesson plans and program quality on a monthly cadence
• Assists with equipment maintenance and storage
• Contributes ideas for enrichment activities and field trips
• Attends monthly staff meetings
• Performs other duties as assigned
