• Follow licensing requirements and implement quality lesson plans.
• Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities.
• Supervise students and engage with families.
• Oversee daily operations including materials, attendance, and safety.
• Open and close the program as scheduled.
• Assist director with staff supervision and meetings.
• Plan field trips and monthly staff trainings.
• Promote the program to families and the community.
