Qualifikationen

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
• Assistant Director must be age 21 or over.
• Multiple pathways to qualify include degrees or hours of experience in child care.
• CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

• Follows Colorado licensing requirements; ensure daily compliance.
• Create and implement quality lesson plans for program days.
• Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities for groups.
• Supervise students during program hours and engage with them.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: materials, discipline, parent concerns, attendance, food handling, sanitation.
