Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
• Leader must be age 18 or over.
• Ability to work with children and administer appropriate discipline.

• Knowledge of childcare basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with special education needs using curriculum and programming.
• Implement 504 plan accommodations and track progress with staff.
• Maintain safety protocols and prevent self-harm or harm to others.
• Support staff in preparing materials, attendance, and events.
• Communicate with parents, students, staff, and district personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Participate in required professional development trainings.
