Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• Leader must be 18 years or older.
• One of: 3 months (455 hours) of verified care experience, or an Early Childhood credential level I+.

Responsibilities

• Follows Colorado licensing requirements daily.
• Supervises and engages with students during program times.
• Communicates with parents and school staff effectively.
• Maintains safe conditions for all participants.
• Markets the program for before/after care and full days.
• Participates in professional development trainings as required.
• Assists with lesson plans and daily program operations.
• Maintains equipment storage and repair as needed.
• Contributes ideas for enrichment activities and program quality.
• Plans activities and field trips for full-day programming.
• Attends monthly staff meetings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
