Cherry Creek Schools is seeking a Before and After School Leader to assist the program director in planning and implementing the child care program. You will develop community relations and help ensure quality programming for before/after school activities.

The role requires ensuring compliance with licensing, supervising students, and coordinating with school staff. Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to program quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of most aspects of childcare.
• Ability to develop and utilize appropriate discipline procedures.
• Some leadership and management skill.
• Ability to make appropriate decisions and to solve problems effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Follows and enforces all Colorado Department of Early Childhood licensing requirements.
• Works directly and actively supervises and engages with students during times they are present in the program.
• Exhibits excellent communication with parents, students, school staff, district staff and co-workers.
• Maintains safe conditions for all students and staff.
• Promotes and markets the program for before and after care and full days.
• Attend monthly program staff meetings as required by director.
