Job summary

Cherry Creek Schools seeks a Before and After School Leader to assist the program director in planning and implementing a quality child care program. You will help develop community relations and support the delivery of before- and after-school activities, with emphasis on safety and programming quality.

The role requires adherence to licensing standards, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with students, parents, and school staff.

Qualifications

• Requires CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Must be age 18 or older.
• At least three months (455 hours) of verified childcare experience or an early childhood credential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the program director to plan and implement the child care program.
• Develop and promote good community relations among school clientele.
• Assist with quality programming and lesson planning as needed.
• Follow licensing requirements and maintain safe conditions for all students and staff.
• Support marketing and outreach for before/after care and full-day programs.
