Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
• Age 18 or over
• Experience or credential in early care preferred
• Annual professional development hours required

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces Colorado licensing requirements.
• Supervises students during program times and engages with them.
• Maintains safe conditions for all students and staff.
• Promotes and markets the program to families and school staff.
• Assists in implementing quality lesson plans and activities.
• Coordinates with director on daily operations and programming.
• Supports field trips and full-day activities as needed
• Attends program staff meetings and participates in district trainings
