Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• Age 18 or over.
• Must have 3+ months experience in supervising children.
• Possess or obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days.
• Annual 15 clock hours of training in childcare.

Responsibilities

• Follow Colorado licensing requirements for early childhood care.
• Supervise students during program hours and engage with them daily.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff and administrators.
• Maintain safe conditions for students and staff.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality lesson plans.
• Assist with program marketing for before/after care.
