Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Beef Shoppe staff to maintain guest service and merchandising.
• Achieve budgeted sales and gross profits for beef and seafood.
• Prepare meat products per standards (cutting, wrapping, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain inventory levels and proper in-stock conditions.
• Operate the department per merchandising programs and guidelines.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and in-date items.
• Ensure safety and sanitation in meat/seafood areas.
• Provide orientation, training, and feedback to staff.
• Perform product prep, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Maintain labor budget and optimize department hours for sales and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
