Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Beef Shoppe and seafood department to achieve maximum sales.
• Maintain guest service and merchandising programs.
• Prepare products for sale (meat cutting, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing) according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure quality and freshness and proper dating of products.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training, and feedback to department staff.
• Manage labor budget and scheduling to maximize sales and guest service.
