Qualificações

• Good interpersonal and selling skills with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others and sell to guests.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs constantly.
• Ability to read and understand information and directions.
• Knowledge of meat/seafood products and operations.
• Ability to supervise people, including training and development.
• Will to learn multiple tasks and operate a computer.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures guests receive polite greetings and friendly interactions.
• Achieves budgeted sales, shrink, and gross profits for beef and seafood.
• Prepare meat/seafood products per Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Operates department according to merchandising and operational programs.
• Maintains quality and freshness; ensure products are in date.
• Maintains safety and sanitation in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
• Provides guidance and training to staff for satisfactory performance.
• Performs product prep, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Maintains labor budget and optimal hours for sales and service.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
