• Prepare products for sale (cutting, wrapping, weighing, pricing) per standards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure in-stock conditions through proper ordering.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational programs.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in meat/seafood areas and prep zones.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training, and feedback to staff.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Maintain department labor budget and optimize scheduling.
