Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote selling environment.
• Meet budgeted sales, shrink, and gross profits for the Beef Shoppe and seafood departments.
• Prepare meat products per Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Operate department according to merchandising and operational programs.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in meat/seafood areas.
• Provide guidance, orientation and training to staff.
• Perform product prep, receiving, stocking and guest service as needed.
• Manage labor to maximize sales and guest service.
