• Prepare products for sale (meat cutting, slicing, trimming, wrapping, weighing, pricing).
• Maintains inventory levels and proper ordering to keep in stock.
• Operates department according to merchandising and operational programs.
• Maintains high quality, freshness, and dating of products.
• Upholds safety and sanitation standards in all areas relating to meat/seafood.
