Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in protein sales preferred.
• In-depth understanding of beef commodity markets, pricing strategies and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with beef production, boxed beef, and meat products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in national markets.

• Drive revenue growth and optimize margins across profitable channels.
• Establish pricing and negotiate purchase agreements with customers.
