Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in protein sales preferred.
• In-depth understanding of beef commodity markets, pricing strategies and dynamics.
• Knowledge of beef production, boxed beef and variety meat products.
• Familiarity with NAMP/IMPS specs, USDA grading standards and reporting.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in national markets.

Responsabilités

• Support and execute all sales processes from order entry through delivery.
• Establish pricing and negotiate written and verbal purchase agreements with customers.
• Expand sales volume and market penetration while maintaining margins.
• Provide customers with timely pricing, availability and market information weekly.
• Coordinate with operations, QA, and logistics to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Prepare reports, forecasts and market analysis for decision making.
• Maintain accurate customer files and serve as primary point of contact.
