American Foods Group, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to support the full sales cycle from order entry to final delivery at our Green Bay, WI, office. You will liaise with customers, sales, operations, logistics and service teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely communication.

The role focuses on revenue growth, margin optimization, and expanding market penetration while maintaining strong relationships and product knowledge of boxed beef and related products.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in protein sales preferred implementation.
• In-depth understanding of beef commodity markets, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with beef production, boxed beef, and variety meat products.
• Knowledge of NAMP/IMPS specifications, USDA grading standards, and meat terminology.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in national markets.

Aufgaben

• Support and execute all aspects of the sales process from order entry through delivery to the customer.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, operations, logistics and customer service to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
• Provide customers with pricing, availability, and market information on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with operations and QA teams to address customer inquiries and ensure product availability.
• Work with the accounting department to ensure payments and terms are met.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support decision making.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
