American Foods Group (AFG) is seeking a Sales Representative to support and execute all aspects of the beef sales process from order entry to delivery at our Green Bay, WI corporate office. You will serve as a liaison among customers, sales, operations, logistics and customer service to ensure timely communication and accurate fulfillment.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, margin optimization, and building strong customer relationships while meeting pricing, inventory, and reporting

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of protein sales experience preferred.
• Understanding of beef commodity markets, pricing strategies and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with NAMP/IMPS specifications and USDA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support and execute all aspects of the sales process from order entry through final delivery.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales, operations, logistics and customer service teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and optimize margins while maintaining accurate pricing and terms.
• Prepare reports, forecasts and market analysis to support decision making.
• Maintain customer files, pricing, and sales records; be primary contact for customers.
