American Foods Group, LLC is seeking a Sales Support Representative in Green Bay, WI to provide administrative, operational, and customer service support to the beef sales team. The role acts as a liaison between sales, customers, operations, transportation, and accounting to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and inventory management.

You will help manage customer orders, maintain account information, and facilitate communication across internal departments to meet customer

Formación

• 3+ years of sales support experience or 5+ years preferred in protein sales
• Strong communication with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience entering and updating customer orders and preparing sales reports

Responsabilidades

• Enter and update customer orders accurately using third-party vendor and proprietary systems
• Maintain customer information and onboarding activities
• Prepare sales reports, pricing sheets and customer presentations
• Assist sales reps with quotes, bids, and customer requests
• Communicate delivery changes and delays to customers and internal team
• Monitor orders from entry through shipment and delivery
• Support forecasting, reporting, and process improvements
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
