Responsibilities include performing QA sorter duties, managing department activities, covering duties when needed, and coordinating paperwork and meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in varied temperatures around moving equipment with PPE.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Be able to perform the QA sorter job.
• Oversee and assist the QA Sorter department.
• Control day-to-day QA Sorter activities according to schedules and processing specs.
• Cover QA Sorter duties when absent.
• Train employees in QA sorter areas.
• Ensure safety and productivity of production employees in designated areas.
• Provide leadership, knowledge, motivation, support, and advice to employees.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping and proper operation of equipment.
• Evaluate department performance; take corrective action per practices.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Assist meetings.
