Responsibilities

• Observe and palpate carcasses to identify abnormalities.
• Perform cuts and presentation tasks on carcasses and parts.
• Follow FSIS regulations and company procedures for carcasses and parts.
• Notify supervisor if a suspected reportable disease is found.
• Attend required training at hire and refresher sessions.
• Willing to train and educate others as needed.
• Capable of performing QA sorter duties.
