Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales experience in value-based selling and building customer relationships.
• Beef industry knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
• Front-of-jersey attitude; high performance under pressure.
• Territory management with focus on sales and customer success.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams to address challenges.
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and expand opportunities through proactive outreach and events, managing the full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating the product, negotiating contracts, and upselling where appropriate.
• Manage customer accounts post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and value delivery; support onboarding.
• Own territory with regional agricultural groups to foster relationships across the beef industry.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and R&D to share field insights and drive product improvements.
• Coordinate with Support to resolve customer issues promptly and ensure full support in territory.
