East West Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Highlands Slopeside and McCoy Peak Lodge in Beaver Creek, CO. The role blends on-site operations with guest and homeowner interaction, property inspections, and coordinating with the team to keep daily tasks running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has property management or hospitality experience, strong admin skills, and comfort with email, spreadsheets, and TRACK software. Weekend availability and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or hospitality.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and property management software.
• Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and follow-up.
• Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests from start to finish.
• Basic knowledge of building systems or experience working with maintenance teams.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Personable, professional, and able to build rapport with homeowners, guests, vendors, and coworkers.
• Ability to move between two properties and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular home inspections and property walks.
• Engage with homeowners and guests.
• Create work orders for engineering and housekeeping needs.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager, another Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff.
• Manage package deliveries for owners and guests.
• Use TRACK software to handle reservations, billing, and maintenance requests with accuracy and care.
