East West Hospitality is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for two premier Beaver Creek properties in Colorado. The role focuses on guest and homeowner interactions, property inspections, and coordinating maintenance with engineering, housekeeping, and Front Desk teams.

The position requires flexibility to work at both Highlands Slopeside and McCoy Peak Lodge, with a 2-2 schedule and weekend availability. Compensation is hourly, with full-time year-round employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or similar service role.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and property management software.
• Strong administrative skills: scheduling, recordkeeping, follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections and walks.
• Engage with homeowners and guests; create work orders for engineering/housekeeping.
• Collaborate with Property Manager, other APМ and Front Desk to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage package deliveries for owners/guests; use TRACK software for reservations, billing, and maintenance requests.
