The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support two Beaver Creek properties, Highlands Slopeside and McCoy Peak Lodge. You will work with the Property Manager, Front Desk, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations for homeowners and guests, including handling packages and TRACK-driven reservations and billing.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar service-focused role.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and property management software.
• Strong administrative skills including scheduling, recordkeeping, and follow-up.
• Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests from start to finish.

Aufgaben

• Conduct regular home inspections and property walks.
• Engage with homeowners and guests; create work orders for engineering and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager, another Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff.
• Manage package deliveries for owners and guests; use TRACK software to handle reservations, billing, and maintenance requests.
