Job summary

East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support Highlands Slopeside and McCoy Peak Lodge. You’ll conduct inspections, interact with homeowners and guests, and coordinate work orders with engineering and housekeeping teams.

This on-site, year-round role requires strong administrative skills, vendor coordination, and the ability to move between two properties. The schedule offers flexibility and weekend work; TRACK software is used for reservations,

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar service-focused role.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and property management software.
• Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and follow-up.
• Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests from start to finish.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and property maintenance, or experience working closely with maintenance teams.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and build new skills.
• Personable, professional approach and the ability to build rapport with homeowners, guests, vendors, and coworkers.
• Ability to move between two properties, respond to changing needs, and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular home inspections and property walks.
• Engage with homeowners and guests and create work orders for engineering and housekeeping needs.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager, another Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage package deliveries for owners and guests.
• Use TRACK software to handle reservations, billing, and maintenance requests with accuracy.
