East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support two premier properties: Highlands Slopeside and McCoy Peak Lodge. This full-time role offers a $24–$26/hr pay rate and a dynamic, team-focused work environment.

You will conduct home inspections and coordinate with homeowners, guests, and Front Desk staff, while using TRACK software for reservations, billing, and maintenance requests. Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or a service-focused role.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and property management software.
• Strong administrative skills including scheduling and recordkeeping.
• Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across two Beaver Creek properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular property inspections and walkthroughs.
• Engage with homeowners and guests and create work orders.
• Collaborate with Property Manager, fellow Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff.
• Manage package deliveries and track reservations, billing, and maintenance requests with TRACK.
