Job summary

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support two Beaver Creek properties, Highlands Slopeside and McCoy Peak Lodge. You will work with the Property Manager, Front Desk, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations for homeowners and guests, including handling packages and TRACK-driven reservations and billing.

We're seeking a customer service-driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager at two of our premier properties in Beaver Creek's Upper Village: Highlands Slopeside and McCoy Peak Lodge! Duties Include:

Responsibilities include conducting regular home inspections and property walks, engaging with homeowners and guests, and creating work orders for engineering and housekeeping needs. You'll collaborate closely with the Property Manager, another Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations. This role also includes managing package deliveries for owners and guests and using TRACK software to handle reservations, billing, and maintenance requests with accuracy and care.

Pay Rate:

$24 - $26/hour

Flexible, 2 days at McCoy Peak Lodge and 2 days at Highlands Slopeside each week
