The ideal candidate has property management or hospitality experience, strong admin skills, and comfort with email, spreadsheets, and TRACK software. Weekend availability and flexibility are essential.

We’re seeking a customer service–driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager at two of our premier properties in Beaver Creek’s Upper Village: Highlands Slopeside and McCoy Peak Lodge ! Duties Include

Responsibilities include conducting regular home inspections and property walks, engaging with homeowners and guests, and creating work orders for engineering and housekeeping needs. Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $24 - $26/hour

Schedule: Flexible, 2 days at McCoy Peak Lodge and 2 days at Highlands Slopeside each week
