Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar service-focused role.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and property management software.
• Strong administrative skills including scheduling, recordkeeping, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular home inspections and property walks.
• Engage with homeowners and guests and create work orders for engineering and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager, another Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff.
• Manage package deliveries for owners and guests; use TRACK software for reservations, billing, and maintenance requests.
