East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support two premier properties: Highlands Slopeside and McCoy Peak Lodge. This full-time role offers a $24–$26/hr pay rate and a dynamic, team-focused work environment.

You will conduct home inspections and coordinate with homeowners, guests, and Front Desk staff, while using TRACK software for reservations, billing, and maintenance requests. Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or a service-focused role.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and property management software.
• Strong administrative skills including scheduling and recordkeeping.
• Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across two Beaver Creek properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular property inspections and walkthroughs.

We’re seeking a customer service–driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager at two of our premier properties in Beaver Creek’s Upper Village: Highlands Slopeside and McCoy Peak Lodge! Duties Include

Responsibilities include conducting regular home inspections and property walks, engaging with homeowners and guests, and creating work orders for engineering and housekeeping needs. You’ll collaborate closely with the Property Manager, another Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations. This role also includes managing package deliveries for owners and guests and using TRACK software to handle reservations, billing, and maintenance requests with accuracy and care.

Schedule: Flexible, 2 days at McCoy Peak Lodge and 2 days at Highlands Slopeside each week

• Basic knowledge of building systems and property maintenance, or experience working closely with maintenance teams.
