The Charter, Beaver Creek, CO is seeking a Front Desk Agent who thrives on people, loves the mountains, and makes an arrival feel special. You’ll be the guest’s go-to person for dining, transportation, local tips, and every detail that makes a stay memorable.

This full-time, year-round role offers a $21/hour wage, with AM or PM shifts or a combination, 5 days/week and 2 consecutive days off. Spanish is a nice-to-have, and familiarity with TRACK is a plus for our team.

Formación

• Hospitality experience and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle inquiries and requests with poise.
• Comfort with basic tech and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests from check-in to check-out with a warm, polished approach.
• Suggest restaurants, activities, and local tips around Beaver Creek.
• Coordinate transportation, respond to requests, and resolve issues.
• Represent The Charter and promote its amenities and mountain experience.
