Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver friendly, professional service to guests. You will be the first point of contact, handling check-ins/outs, answering questions, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.

This seasonal, full-time role offers on-site parking, ski benefits, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years front desk/customer service experience.
• 1+ years cash handling experience.
• Experience with Springer Miller hotel management software is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare check-in packets and folios.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Act as primary point-of-contact for guests, addressing questions and concerns.
• Communicate with other departments to inform them of guest needs or issues.
• Accurately handle transactions at the front desk.
• Maintain and balance cash bank.

What You'll Do

The Front Desk Agent is a vital part of our organization. Oftentimes the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent must first and foremost provide excellent, friendly service to our guests.

The Agent is responsible for preparing check-in packets; checking in and checking out guests; answering questions and addressing concerns; and handling transactions at the front desk.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced and oftentimes stressful environment while maintaining a friendly disposition throughout.

Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on position.

Seasonal position

Position starts at $20.00/hrs. + DOE
