Qualifications

• Administrative duties: Package log and shipping duties.
• Billing invoices and owner accounts management.
• Greet guests and provide concierge services.

Responsibilities

• Covers for the Front Desk/Rental Supervisor when not in the office.
• Retrieve phone messages and return calls.
• Keep Front Desk and Lobby clean, organized and professional.
• Mentor and may train other front desk agents.
• Log in to IQware; address unassigned units and prepare arrival materials.
• Assist with identifying owner and guest packages and logging them.
• Assist with accounting duties: billing invoices, work orders, and purchases.
