East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek, CO is hiring a Front Desk Agent who thrives on people, loves the mountains, and knows how to start a guest’s vacation right. You’ll welcome guests at check-in, offer local tips, coordinate transportation, and ensure a smooth arrival through check-out.

This is an on-site role with a pay rate of $21/hour plus a $500 signing bonus. Shifts are AM or PM, five days a week, with a friendly, service-first team, and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Dedicated hospitality professional with a focus on guest service and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette for guest interactions.
• Organized multitasking with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and learning new systems like TRACK PMS.

Responsabilités

• Own the Arrival: Create a warm, polished check-in to check-out experience.
• Be the Local Expert: Recommend Beaver Creek restaurants and activities.
• Make It Happen: Coordinate transportation and address requests proactively.
• Turn Problems Into Wins: Handle unexpected situations confidently and professionally.
• Represent The Charter: Bring property amenities and mountain experiences to life for guests.
