Job summary

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Sephora Training Team to coach associates, drive sales, upsell products, and ensure training timelines are met to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of client-facing retail or service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team to deliver a positive and compelling client experience.
• Provide leadership for the Beauty Team through strong partnership with the Store Manager.
• Build a strong culture within the department and team through recognizing and coaching for client experience and sales.
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team and other partners.
• Drive sales performance and execute sales plans, holding the team accountable to goals.
