Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through a consultative beauty approach and expert product knowledge. You will guide the team to meet Sephora at Kohl’s standards and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Lead the beauty team, coach staff, and build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products. This role emphasizes visual standards, inventory control, and ongoing training to maximize store performance.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and client service excellence.
• 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach Beauty Advisors and relay initiatives with clear feedback.
• Be the client contact for Sephora Training Team and partners.
• Drive sales by identifying client needs and upselling products.
• Maintain product knowledge and beauty trend awareness.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire clients.
• Execute sales plans and maintain Sephora visual standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment and merchandising accuracy.
• Support omni-channel processing and inventory control.
