Job summary

Kohl's is hiring a Beauty Lead Advisor who will drive sales through expert beauty knowledge and a consultative approach with clients. You will guide the team to meet Kohl’s Sephora standards, ensure visual merchandising and replenishment, and maintain a superior client experience.

You will build client loyalty by identifying needs, upselling products, and delivering demonstrations that showcase product application and trends. Regular training and omni-channel support are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an authentic passion for beauty and understanding of top beauty brands.
• At least 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and provide feedback between Store Manager and Beauty Advisors.
