Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Team Leader to guide the Beauty Team in delivering an exceptional client experience and achieve sales goals. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Sephora Training Team to maintain visual standards, merchandise execution, and training timelines.

You will drive client engagement, upsell products, and stay current on beauty trends while coaching associates to deliver outstanding service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• 5 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team to deliver a positive client experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive performance and initiatives.
• Coach and recognize team members to improve client experience and sales.
• Act as main liaison for Store Manager and Sephora Training Team.
