Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Team Leader to drive a premium client experience in a Sephora at Kohl’s setting. You will lead the Beauty Team, partner with the Store Manager, and ensure adherence to beauty and visual standards while coaching staff to deliver sales and customer service excellence.

The role requires leadership, product knowledge, and a consultative approach to assist clients and upsell where appropriate. Availability for varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team to deliver a positive and compelling client experience
• Provide leadership for the Beauty Team through strong partnership with the Store Manager
• Build a strong culture within the department through recognizing programs and coaching
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager and Sephora Training Team
• Drive sales, understand plans and hold the team accountable to goals
• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales
