Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Team Leader to guide the Beauty Team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will train staff, maintain Sephora at Kohl's standards, and collaborate with leadership to grow the beauty business.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for beauty, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client‑facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team to deliver a positive and compelling client experience.
• Provide leadership for the Beauty Team through strong partnership with the Store Manager.
• Build a strong culture within the department and team through recognition programs, feedback and coaching.
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team, and other partners.
• Drive sales performance, execute sales plans, and hold the team accountable to goals.
• Build and maintain client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Provide product knowledge and beauty trend insights to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application techniques.
• Complete all required training within established timelines.
• Coordinate with Sephora partners on additional training opportunities.
