Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Team Leader to guide the Beauty Department at our San Antonio store, driving sales and client-focused experiences. You will lead a team, partner with the Store Manager and Sephora Training Team, and ensure visual standards and replenishment while building client loyalty.

You will coach associates, demonstrate products, stay current on beauty trends, complete required training, and uphold safety and merchandising standards to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team to deliver a positive and compelling client experience.
• Provide leadership for the Beauty Team through strong partnership with the Store Manager.
• Build a strong culture within the department through recognition programs and coaching.
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team, and other partners.
• Drive sales performance and execute sales plans.
• Build client loyalty and upsell products to drive sales.
