Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, guide the team to Sephora at Kohl’s standards, and support replenishment and visual merchandising.

You will upsell, coach staff, and collaborate with store leadership to meet goals. The role requires 3 years of client-facing retail experience, strong communication, and availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Beauty Team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and provide feedback to Beauty Advisors.
• Act as liaison with Sephora Training Team and partners.
• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
