Job summary

Kohl's in Eldersburg, MD is seeking a Beauty Team Leader to drive sales and support department initiatives with a consultative approach. You will lead the Beauty Team, maintain expert knowledge of top brands, and execute merchandise sets to uphold visual standards and replenish inventory.

You will coach and recognize the team, build client loyalty, and contribute to upselling products while ensuring an excellent client experience and alignment with Sephora at Kohl's standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authentic passion for beauty.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Beauty Team to deliver a positive and compelling client experience.
• Provide leadership for the Beauty Team through strong partnership with the Store Manager.
• Build a strong culture within the department through recognizing programs and coaching.
• Act as a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team, and other partners.
• Drive sales performance, understand and execute sales plans, and meet goals.
• Build client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
